Hotel Room Key Cards

• Company name and logo will be printed on key cards used for the duration of the conference.

Meals & Breaks

• Company name and logo/booth number can be printed on napkins/cups.

New Member Reception

• Promote your company to ASBP members at this exclusive event.

Totebags

• Gain instant visibility and long-term exposure.  Company name/logo will be printed on the expo bag given to all attendees and speakers upon registration.

Totebag Inserts

• Familiarize attendees with your brand before they enter the Exhibit Hall.  All attendees will receive your product sample(s)/message(s).

Hotel Room Advertisements

• Earn premier exposure.  Product sample(s)/message(s) will be placed in attendees' hotel rooms.

Final Program Advertisements

• The Final Program is distributed to all attendees.

Lanyards

• Attendees are required to wear name badges for the duration of the conference.

Pens

• Company name/logo can be printed on pens used by attendees for the duration of the conference and after.

Unrestricted Educational Grants

• Sponsor lectures by obesity experts.  Speakers/topics are selected by ASBP independent of grant support.

Private Functions

• Functions for the purposes of networking and entertaining may be scheduled outside of official ASBP activities. Sponsors may send one mailing to attendees prior to an event. ASBP must be informed of all functions.
